The WME Fashion Incubator is a 3-month, free, in-person development program taking place in New York. The Incubator is designed to offer opportunities rooted in industry access, education, and lasting community for individuals from all backgrounds exploring both creative and executive careers in fashion. Applications are now closed. Please subscribe below for next cycle’s application opening in Spring 2027.

Participants

Based on a combination of talent, drive and experience, the WME Fashion Incubator Board will select up to 20 participants to create a well-rounded diverse group consisting of future fashion executives as well as creatives who specialize in styling, makeup, hair and photography.

What is the WME Fashion Incubator?

The WME Fashion Incubator is a 3-month in-person development program that aims to disrupt and diversify the fashion industry by offering opportunities rooted in industry access, education and lasting community for individuals exploring both creative careers and executive careers in fashion. It will offer up to 20 participants in the NYC area a peek behind the curtain to understand what it truly takes to succeed in fashion. Each of the 6-sessions will consist of masterclasses, simulations and networking opportunities with some of the biggest names in the business. 

Who are we looking for? 

The WME Fashion Incubator is designed for individuals who want to accelerate to the next phase or pivot in their career. All applicants should have a minimum of 2-years experience working in fashion or an adjacent industry. While job opportunities and signing with a WME Fashion company are not guaranteed as part of this program, participants should have serious ambition to work in the fashion industry following the completion of the WME Fashion incubator program. 

How will participants be selected?

Applications will be reviewed by a WME Fashion Incubator board of executives evaluating a combination of talent, drive and experience. We are aiming for a well-rounded and diverse group of creatives and future executives to be participants in this cycle of WME Fashion Incubator. 

Can I participate if I live outside NYC?

The WME Fashion Incubator is designed as an in-person course and will be made available for those in the NYC-area. No travel or relocation stipends are available at this time. Applicants should only apply if they can commit to attending the 6-sessions in-person. 

Will I have the opportunity to get signed by a WME Fashion company as a participant?

We are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting talent. However, the goal of this program is rooted in education and no participants will be signed during the course of the WME Fashion Incubator.
